Welcome to the Loma Sabino Homeowners Association Official Website

Welcome to our unique neighborhood perched atop a "sky island" created by our 8000' altitude at the top of the majestic Santa Catalina Mountains in Mount Lemmon, Arizona.

Our neighborhood is only about 30 miles from Tucson and Tucson's surrounding Sonoran desert but thousands of feet higher, cooler, and moister more akin to climates much further north. With 93 Lots of ponderosa pine, aspen, and oak, our Loma Sabino neighborhood is unparalleled in its beauty and unique recreational resources.  Take, for example, the southernmost ski area in the United States and the 800+ mile Arizona Trail, all cradled by a breathtaking mountain. The Loma Sabino Association, overseen by its volunteer Board of Directors, is a living testament to our shared commitment to preserving and enhancing this unique environment.

Our Board is elected by the general membership, which includes all homeowners on record for the Association.  It forms the backbone of our commitment to maintain and enhance the beauty of our community.

Our Board believes in transparency.  We welcome all homeowners to attend our meetings and encourage homeowners' active participation in our governance. For more information about the Board Meetings, visit the Calendar of Events page.

Agave Management, a professional management company, administers the Association's business affairs. This partnership ensures our community's efficient and effective management, allowing homeowners to focus on enjoying their homes and the amenities we offer. This partnership directly contributes to our community's smooth operation.

The Association's Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") is a crucial community pillar.  It oversees, evaluates, and approves all exterior changes to a cabin owner's lot or dwelling, including remodeling, renovations, site modifications, and new construction. The ARC's meticulous and fair approval process is designed to protect our investments so that all Loma Sabino Homeowners Association projects (including new installations and modifications) adhere to our community's high aesthetic standards.  The ARC (despite occasionally needing to say "no") should ultimately give homeowners a sense of security and confidence that someone responsible, with expertise and history on the mountain, works to require all improvements within our neighborhood comport with positive mountain aesthetics.
